ViralNebula is a server-based platform. Credits are delivered to your account the moment you pay, so all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on ViralNebula are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
This applies to every paid plan, subscription, upgrade, and credit allocation offered on the platform, whether purchased via PayPal, Gumroad, or any other supported payment method.
2. Server-Based, Credit-Delivered Service
ViralNebula is a server-based platform. When you make a purchase, we allocate credits to your account on the basis of that purchase, and those credits are provisioned on our servers and made available for use immediately.
Because credits are granted and delivered the moment your payment is confirmed, the value of your purchase is transferred to you instantly. For this reason, there is no refund policy from our side — once credits are issued to your account, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.
The cost of running our AI infrastructure (Google Gemini, YouTube Data API, text-to-speech, and compute) is incurred by us as soon as credits are made available, regardless of whether you choose to consume them.
3. Instant Digital Delivery
ViralNebula provides a digital subscription with immediate access to AI-powered tools and features. Due to the instant nature of digital service delivery, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
As soon as your payment is processed, your account is upgraded and premium tools, higher credit limits, and growth features become available to you without delay.
4. How Credits Work
Your purchase grants you a defined number of AI and growth credits, which reset on a daily and monthly basis. Each AI action consumes a small number of credits from your balance.
Credits are reserved before a request runs and are automatically refunded to your balance if a generation fails due to a system error — so you never lose credits for something that didn't work on our end.
Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.
5. Try Before You Buy
We offer a free tier so you can thoroughly evaluate ViralNebula before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage every user to explore the free tools and confirm the Service meets their needs prior to purchasing.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after credits have been delivered may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Billing Issues & Support
While purchases are non-refundable, we take genuine billing errors seriously. If you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge or a failed upgrade where credits were never delivered — please contact our support team with your account and payment details.
We will investigate any legitimate billing discrepancy and correct it where a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving the credits you paid for.
