By accessing or using ViralNebula ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
ViralNebula reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Use of the Service
ViralNebula grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI tools for legitimate content creation purposes.
You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate using our tools and how you distribute or publish it.
Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or any use that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
ViralNebula offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance and grant access to premium AI tools, higher credit limits, and growth features.
All payments are processed securely via PayPal or Gumroad. ViralNebula does not store your payment card information.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to a single user account.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases made on ViralNebula are strictly non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital subscription with immediate access to AI-powered tools and features. Due to the instant nature of digital service delivery, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage you to explore our free tier before upgrading to a paid plan to ensure the Service meets your needs.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by ViralNebula's AI tools is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that generated scripts, thumbnails, or ideas will achieve specific results on YouTube or any other platform.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, or free from bias. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing.
ViralNebula does not claim ownership over content you generate using our tools. You retain full rights to your generated content.
6. Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free users receive a limited number of AI and growth credits per day and per month. Paid users receive significantly higher limits.
Credits reset on a daily basis (at UTC midnight) and monthly basis (first day of each month, UTC). Unused credits do not roll over.
ViralNebula reserves the right to adjust credit limits and pricing with reasonable notice to users.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the Service and any generated content stored within will be revoked. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
ViralNebula is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralNebula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.
